  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding
  • Track pipeline & expansion metrics

Desired Profile

  • MBA or equivalent degree
  • 8+ years

    in Franchise Development / Business Development / Sales
  • Strong understanding of

    franchise models

  • Excellent

    presentation, negotiation & relationship skills

  • Proficient in

    MS Excel / MS Office

  • Fluency in local language (mandatory)

  • Willingness to travel across Karnataka
