Manager - Marketing

As the Manager - Marketing at M/s Avantika Interior Systems Pvt Limited, you will play a crucial role in marketing and business development of various interior related products, including imported brands. Your primary responsibility will be to drive sales in Central Kerala and South Kerala by developing client relationships and expanding the company's business. This role will involve engaging with leading architects, corporate clients, and contractors, presenting you with opportunities for professional growth and development. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve sales targets - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders - Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to drive growth - Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to provide insights for business development - Utilize modern communication platforms effectively to reach target audiences - Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth execution of marketing strategies Qualifications Required: - 5-10 years of experience in B2B marketing in the interior/building industry - Proficiency in using modern communication platforms and working knowledge of computers - Fluency in English and Malayalam - Prior experience in the interior industry is preferable - Degree/MBA qualification In addition to the competitive yearly package of Rs 4.5 - 5.5L plus variables, you will also be entitled to benefits such as health insurance and performance bonuses.
