Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Manage end-to-end
RFQ handling
, costing, price estimation, and coordination with cross-functional teams for new and existing components.
Handle
OEM & Tier-1 customer accounts
, manage escalations, ensure timely communication, and drive strong customer relationships.
Identify and acquire
new business opportunities
in automotive plastic components; conduct market research, drive customer visits, proposals, and negotiations.
Monitor
product costing, pricing, and profitability
; support cost reduction initiatives, annual price revisions, and financial planning.
Coordinate with internal teams for
NPD, APQP, PPAP, and project execution
from concept to SOP; ensure timely documentation and compliance.
