Manager -Projects (7-10 Years’ experience in interior works) M/s Avantika Interior Systems Pvt Limited is a leading interior design and contracting company with offices at Kochi and Trivandrum. Company has been in this field for more than 26 years and has a client list that includes many Fortune 500 companies. The company provides ample opportunities for learning, earning and growing and is managed by a team of professionals Job Summary: The candidate will be responsible (End to End Responsibility) for the completion of all projects in Trivandrum/Cochin, includes managing the project team, giving technical guidance,(all works involved in commercial interior works including civil, electrical, fire, AC etc.), taking safety measures at site, preparing project reports, site audits, attending site meeting with other agencies, should be capable of handling multiple sites simultaneously, job involves meeting leading architects, clients and contractors and offers opportunity for professional growth and development. Required Experience: 5-10 years of experience in the field of B2B marketing in Interior / Building industry. Experience in using modern communication platforms and working knowledge of computers. Fluency in English and Malayalam is a must. Experience in the interior Industry Yearly Package: Rs 6 -7 L plus Variables Qualification: Degree/MBA Location: Cochin Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
