Manager - Marketing

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive awareness and lead generation for real estate projects
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats
• Create and manage marketing budgets to ensure optimal allocation of resources
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create cohesive marketing messages
• Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, including brochures, websites, and advertisements
• Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed
• Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and technologies
• Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and agencies
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor&aposs degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Master&aposs degree in Marketing or MBA is preferred
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in Marketing within the Real Estate industry
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing campaigns
• Proven experience in market research and analysis
