As a marketing professional at our startup, you will be responsible for applying design principles to marketing strategies with a focus on creativity, user experience, and problem-solving. You will demonstrate proficiency in creating engaging content across various formats, from text-based blog posts to video-based campaigns and podcasts. Your exceptional ability to craft compelling narratives will enable the creation of marketing campaigns that resonate with diverse demographics. To qualify for this role, you should hold a master's degree and have a proven track record of 2-3 years in marketing within a startup environment. Your main responsibilities will include creating and executing effective marketing strategies and campaigns for both B2B and B2C audiences. You will be in charge of designing, launching, and overseeing marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, print, and event channels. Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance will also be part of your role. Additionally, you will be tasked with producing high-quality marketing material such as email marketing, social media posts, blogs, articles, images, videos, podcasts, and website content. Collaboration with sales, product, and customer service teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives is essential. You will manage an in-house team and coordinate with external vendors, serving as the P&L owner for all marketing spending across various channels including Google, Meta, YouTube, and others. Furthermore, you will develop strategies to engage and retain customers, enhance customer experience, and foster long-term relationships to contribute to the growth and success of the business.,
