As a Marketing Manager/Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for managing a sales funnel which includes prospecting, qualifying, and closing sales. Engaging with prospects through email, phone, and in-person communication will be a key part of your role. Additionally, you will assist with marketing and promotional efforts related to COVID-19 Testing and Routine Lab Samples. Your duties will involve meeting with Doctors, Hospitals, Laboratories, and Corporate clients in the assigned territory to promote the facility. You will also be responsible for conducting camps, coordinating between Doctors, clients, patients, and centers, as well as establishing tie-ups with collection centers to provide services. Meeting sales targets of the center and ensuring the best possible service to visiting patients/customers by working closely with the Front Office & Technicians as a team will be crucial. In this role, you will be required to collect market information, send reports and required details as per company policy, and prepare & track month-on-month growth plans, marketing budgets, and critical success metrics. It is essential that you have an MBA with a minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing roles and a good understanding of digital marketing. A flair for creative communications, the ability to think innovatively, strong analytical skills, and business understanding are also key requirements. Key Roles & Responsibilities 1. Responsible for planning, organizing and implementing marketing strategies to increase market share through higher penetration and awareness of Raigah Unit 2. Explore newer services and opportunities with the clients and build long term relationships 3. Assist and provide inputs for pricing and billing policies, procedures for various specialized medical package & services 4. Process the insurance claims for the corporate 5. Plan and regulate the expenses of the marketing activities 6. Monitor the day-to-day operations of the sales & marketing team so that business and sales practices are conducted with great professionalism and integrity and comply with the Fortis Code of Conduct, company policies and ethical standards, and local, regional and national law, regulations and guidelines 12. Develop and manage the fiscal budget related to sales activities, develop and execute plans within allocated budget. Ensure expenses remain with budgetary guidelines 13. Gather market intelligence with respect to services offered and their pricing by competitor hospitals and apprise the management of the same in a timely manner. Propose appropriate corrective action as necessary 14. Design and implement a sales training curriculum to support the strategy, including new hire training, product and disease state information, selling skills and other skill development programs, and compliance training related to promotional practices 15. Lead the Marketing efforts to Doctors (Doctor Marketing). Guide and direct team members on the right process to be followed for creating a doctors referral base. Define focus areas and ways to ensure greater conversation of doctors and enhanced referrals to Raigarh Unit 16. Conceptualize and implement various direct sales initiatives to reach customers directly 17. Take active interest in the recruitment, performance management and training & development of all the team members. Appraise employee performance and facilitate team engagement activities 18. Periodically analysing MIS reports to draw inferences, trends and inputs to be used for marketing 19. Analyse advertising and marketing spends to ensure marketing budgets are utilized effectively 20.
