Manager - Management Consulting

You will be responsible for working in the Management Consulting Division at Navsari for a rapidly progressing Management Consulting Company. Your key responsibilities will include: - Utilizing technical expertise or working knowledge in areas such as Business Process Design & Implementation, Process Improvements, CFO Services, Data Analysis & Recommendations, Strategy Design & Implementation, Team Building, KRA/KPI Design & Implementation, Project Management, and IT Consulting. - Demonstrating leadership capabilities to effectively lead a team. Strong communication, presentation, problem-solving, and analytical skills are necessary for this role. - Bringing 2 to 5 years of experience as a Manager in a Mid-Size Management Consulting Firm. - Being flexible to travel across different locations as required. - Having a long-term horizon and ambition to become a partner in the company is an essential requirement. Qualifications required for this role include: - MBA or Engineer or Chartered Accountant (CA) or CA Intermediate, Cost & Management Accountant (CMA) or CMA Intermediate.
