Manager - Maintenance Operations North Region

You are the Manager - Maintenance Operations for the North Region at Leadec, the world's leading service specialist for factory life cycle and infrastructure. Your role involves overseeing maintenance operations and client management across various client sites, requiring strong leadership, technical expertise, and a customer-centric approach for seamless service delivery and operational efficiency. - Oversee general plant maintenance activities across multiple client sites. - Manage maintenance operations in production plants or service organizations. - Conduct root cause analysis (Why-Why) for technical issues and drive resolution. - Implement and monitor TPM practices including KPI visualization, Machine 5S, and IMS documentation. - Track and improve maintenance KPIs to enhance plant performance. - Lead and guide large maintenance teams in daily operations, technical problem-solving, and MIS reporting. - Manage site-level costing, including OPEX and cost-saving initiatives for both clients and the company. - Operate effectively under pressure and handle critical situations with professionalism. - Handle client interactions across multiple sites with strong communication and relationship management skills. - Plan and manage spare parts inventory efficiently. - Promote and enforce safety culture and compliance across all maintenance operations. - Ensure adherence to statutory compliance in utility areas (e.g., Electricity Rules, Boiler Acts, ETP regulations). - Utilize MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for reporting and documentation. - Drive initiatives in Kaizen, energy conservation, cost optimization, and 5S practices. - Preferably from a maintenance service provider background with multi-site operational experience. - Additional advantage: understanding of business metrics such as vertical growth, turnover, profit margins, and order booking. Education: - B.E. in Electrical Engineering Experience: - 10-15 years in operations and maintenance management Required Skills: - Strong client and people management capabilities - Proven leadership in handling large teams (250+ members including site managers, engineers, and technical staff) Preferred Skills: - Robust technical engineering background - Strategic thinking and analytical problem-solving abilities Candidates who are immediately available to join will be given priority consideration.,
