Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1. Business Development (Premium Client Acquisition)

  • Target Audience: Identify and pitch to mid size companies that prioritize quality and exclusivity, focusing on high value offsites and incentive trips.
  • Strategic Selling: Move beyond standard packages to pitch bespoke, high value experiences (e.g., private yacht charters, exclusive venue buyouts) as key differentiators.
  • Revenue Focus: Prioritize high margin, high ticket movements over low margin volume business.

2. Luxury Operations & Curation (End to End Execution)

  • Bespoke Itinerary Design: Create unique, experiential itineraries that offer access to exclusive locations, dining, and activities unavailable to the general public.
  • Premium Procurement: Leverage relationships with luxury hospitality groups (Fairmont, Four Seasons, boutique DMCs, and private aviation providers to secure competitive yet exclusive inventory.
  • White Glove Delivery: Manage every detail of the booking from visa processing to VIP airport transfers, room amenities, and special requests.

3. Department Building & Strategic Growth

  • Team Expansion: As the vertical grows, you will be responsible for hiring, training, and mentoring junior sales and operations staff to support the business.
  • Process Creation: Design and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the MICE division to ensure consistent, high quality service delivery as the team scales.
  • Strategic Leadership: Transition into a leadership role with full ownership of the verticals direction, moving from individual contributor to business leader.

4. Client Retention & Account Management

  • Strategic Partnership: Position yourself as a trusted partner to the clients leadership team, understanding their brand ethos to tailor future trips perfectly.
  • Post Trip Engagement: Specific focus on feedback regarding "experience quality" and "exclusivity" to ensure high retention rates among elite clientele.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years handling Luxury MICE, High Net Worth Individual (HNI) groups, or premium corporate offsites.
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: A strong desire to build something from scratch and take ownership of P&L and team growth.
  • Luxury Knowledge: Deep understanding of luxury hospitality brands and unique global experiences.
  • Execution Mastery: Proven ability to handle complex logistics for discerning travelers who expect perfection.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Department Growth: successful hiring and onboarding of support staff within year 1-2 (based on revenue triggers).
  • Average Transaction Value (ATV): Focus on increasing the per person spend of corporate groups.
  • New Account Acquisition: Number of new "premium budget" corporates onboarded.
