Job title and overview JourneyLabel is hiring a full-time Video Editor cum Graphic Designer with strong skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop and Illustrator. The role focuses on creating high impact luxury travel content for social media, ads, websites, and brand campaigns. Job description Plan, edit and deliver short-form and long form videos for Instagram, YouTube, reels, ads and other digital platforms, aligned with JourneyLabels luxury travel positioning. Design high-quality static and animated creatives such as posts, stories, thumbnails, banners, brochures and campaign visuals that maintain a consistent premium brand look and feel. Collaborate with the marketing, social media and leadership teams to translate briefs into visually compelling concepts for campaigns, celebrity collaborations and destination promotions. Key roles and responsibilities Edit raw footage into polished videos, including trimming, sequencing, transitions, color correction, audio cleanup and export in platform-optimized formats using Adobe Premiere Pro. Create social-first graphics: Instagram posts/reels covers, stories, YouTube thumbnails, emailers, website banners, pitch decks and print-ready collateral using Photoshop and Illustrator. Develop motion graphics, text animations, lower thirds and simple logo/intro animations to enhance brand storytelling. Adapt and resize creatives for multiple platforms while maintaining visual consistency and quality. Maintain an organized library of project files, assets, templates and brand elements for quick reuse. Stay updated with current design, video and social media trends (especially in luxury travel, lifestyle and influencers) and proactively bring fresh ideas to campaigns. Work within timelines, manage multiple projects simultaneously and incorporate feedback quickly and professionally. Requirements and qualifications 1-3 years of experience as a Video Editor / Graphic Designer (agency, brand, creator or travel/luxury background is a plus). Strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro (mandatory) for video editing. Strong command of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator for social media creatives, thumbnails, layouts, and basic print/digital designs. A solid portfolio/reel showcasing video edits and graphic design work, preferably including social media and brand campaigns. Good understanding of aspect ratios, export settings and formats for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook and other digital platforms. Sense of visual aesthetics: typography, color, layout, composition and storytelling for premium/luxury brands. Ability to work from the office, handle tight deadlines and collaborate smoothly with marketing and content teams. Basic knowledge of motion graphics or After Effects is an added advantage, not mandatory. Preferred If: Experience in travel, luxury, lifestyle or influencer/celebrity content. Familiarity with social media trends, hooks and formats that perform well on Instagram and YouTube.
