Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end sellout numbers for assigned LFR key accounts and drive growth against targets.
  • Prepare and execute weekly, monthly, and event-wise sellout plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Track performance vs plan and initiate timely corrective actions.
  • Identify non-selling / slow-moving SKUs, aging inventory, and drive liquidation plans.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Supply Chain, Sales/KAM, and Area Managers to ensure alignment on SKU mix, launches, availability, schemes, and in-store execution.
  • Build strong relationships with LFR category managers, store managers, and regional operations teams.
  • Ensure correct display, demo, pricing, offers, and visibility as per quarterly and event plans.
  • Monitor promoter productivity, footfall conversion, and attachment sales, and address execution gaps proactively.
  • Share weekly sellout reports highlighting performance, risks, aging inventory, competition activity, and support required.
  • Conduct regular reviews with internal teams and external partners to drive accountability and action.
  • Apply a PDCA (PlanDoCheckAct) approach to continuously improve execution quality and outcomes.

  • Strong understanding of LFR operations, sellout management, and store-level execution.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and coordination skills across internal and external teams.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar reporting and analytics tools.
  • High ownership mindset with a bias toward action and problem-solving.
  • Effective communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience managing LFR key accounts and large-scale promoter networks.
  • Proven track record of driving sellout growth, improving market share, and reducing aging inventory.
  • Experience working closely with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Marketing, Product, and Supply Chain.
