Job Description

The Radisson Rewards program is a key commercial driver for the global business. The team member is responsible for supporting the senior leadership with setting the strategy for how RHG Hotels leverage loyalty to achieve its annual targets. The team member must ensure the plan aligns to the broader Global Loyalty strategy, execute the strategy, and manage the relationship between all involved stakeholders.

Roles/Responsibilities:

The Manager Loyalty Partnerships, South Asia with the geographical scope of South Asia will help to develop an integrated network of regional partners that are brand aligned and echo the strategy of the loyalty program.

This role is responsible for working to develop and deploy a suite of earning partners designed to encourage member engagement outside the hotels and select redemption vendors that will provide exciting opportunities for the global member base to create memorable moments.

The Manager Loyalty Partnerships, South Asia is also responsible for activation and management of the launched partners including the development of new revenue opportunities, creating value added opportunities and mutually beneficial market activation programs.

This role will work closely with the Loyalty Team (Strategy, Operations, Branding and Guest Experience) and the local Area Marketing team.

Manager Loyalty Partnerships, South Asia will also be responsible for continuously challenging the status quo, having a ‘Think Big’ approach mindset in communications. Researching, recommending, and driving future innovation to positively impact the partners awareness and relevance.



Main Responsibilities on Pipeline Projects:

  • Prospect partners aligned with the strategy: relevant for the members, revenue drivers for the program and aligned with Radisson brands
  • Develop new partners according to the Loyalty partner strategy, assuring the business case, tech integration process and contract signing.
  • Special launch for new partners, with dedicated communication plan, targets set up for communications and maximizing channel visibility for the new partners
  • Key account management of existing partners in order to:
  • Maximize the earning redeeming agreement, experience of members and visibility in all of the existing channels RR and partner wise
  • Agree campaign calendar with partners
  • Develop new opportunities and business within the geographical scope for current partners to enlarge the partnership
  • Define and follow up of partners KPI in his/her scope, goals and performance



Job requirements and qualifications:

  • Diploma or Degree holder with 5-7 years work experience in similar capacity
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Proactive self-starter who works well both independently and as a part of a group.
  • Highly detail-oriented, well-organized, good at multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment and resourceful.
  • Ability to solve problems under time constraints.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English is essential. Good business writing skills.
  • Excellent computer skills and other tools to enable professional completion of reports, internal marketing communications, presentations and collaterals.
  • Travel within the theater, as required
  • Intercultural skills – experience working with people with different national background / culture would be advantageous.
