- Build a safe last mile network for the products and customers by developing an appropriate supply chain solution
- The Operations functions is responsible for order fulfillment, logistics and customer experience- Head count and infrastructure planning- Leading Last Mile Deliveries across all cities- Engage in continuous improvement of processes- Identify Top performers and create a leadership pipeline- Meet the customer experience, cost, speed and reliability- Understand Key Metrics, Analyse and conclude actions required for process improvement and operational efficiencies- Build Strong relationships with partners and vendors- Enforce KPI- Ensure the team follows all the guidelines- Work closely with other teams / departments - Procurement, Sales, Support, Finance, Marketing, HR, Manufacturing- Manpower Management
