Job Description

Needs Assessment: Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training opportunities. Program Design: Create and deliver training programs, workshops, and e-learning courses. OD Initiatives: Lead and manage organizational development initiatives, including, team building, coaching, mentoring, and leadership development. HiPo Development: Identify and develop high-potential employees through development programs and succession planning. Psychometric Assessment: Use psychometric tools to assess employee competencies and tailor development programs. Metrics and Analysis: Measure the impact of LOD programs on employee performance and organizational success. Industry Trends: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in learning and organizational development. Managerial Effectiveness: Deliver managerial effectiveness programs to enhance leadership skills. Tech Training: Facilitate the delivery of technical training programs. Essential Skills and Competencies: Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Interpersonal Skills: Strong empathy, active listening, and effective communication. Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis and report creation to evaluate program effectiveness. Psychometric Assessment: Experience with tools like Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), DiSC, Hogan Assessments, etc. LMS: Experience with e-learning platforms and learning management systems (LMS). Educational Background: Bachelor s degree in human resources, Organizational Development, or a related field. A Masters degree is preferred. Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in learning and development, organizational development, or a related role. Knowledge: Understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
