Job Description

As a member of the L&OD team, your role will primarily focus on the training and skilling agenda. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing key senior stakeholders across various businesses, functions, and the team HR. - Demonstrating an understanding of L&D concepts related to program management, execution, and key design principles. - Acting as a hands-on program manager with strong communication skills, execution drive, and stakeholder management abilities, including persistence. - Utilizing your minimum 4 years of work experience with relevant L&D experience. Your skills should encompass: - L&D program management and stakeholder management - Effective communication, both verbal and written, with above-average skills in MS Office - Project management, including project planning, follow-through, and closure - Resilience, execution excellence, planning, and organizing - Proactiveness and detail orientation - Influencing, preparing presentations, and supporting key meetings - Data analysis, including advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, as well as data interpretation - Stakeholder management, involving interactions with internal stakeholders, business leaders, and BPHRs Please note that the above description provides an overview of the key responsibilities and qualifications required for the role.,
