As a Liaison Manager, you will act as a key point of contact between our organization and local government authorities, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders. Your primary responsibility will be to establish and maintain positive relationships, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and facilitating smooth project execution. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field. A degree in Real Estate will be a plus. Proven experience as a Liaison Officer or similar role in the real estate or construction industry. Strong knowledge of local government regulations, policies, and procedures related to real estate development. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders effectively. Strong networking and relationship-building abilities. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
