● Maintain cordial and healthy relations with neighborhood village, associations and institutions, regulatory and statutory bodies.

● Ensure timeliness in resolving issues and submission of required documents as required.

● Coordinate and execute CSR activities as per schedule.

● Maintain accurate updated documentation of plant layout, permissions, submissions and operating licenses.

● Take lead in supporting Unit and Administrative Head in case of any incidences, accidents, and fire or fatal and proactively communicate in coordination with EHS, HR and Administrative Head with regulatory, statutory bodies, institutions, associations and local bodies as required.

● Coordinate with Unit Head and Administrative Head for submission of approvals, sanctions for new connections (power, telephone, mobile, or any such requirement).

● Establish proactive healthy relationships with all internal and external stake holders.

● Maintain cordial relations with external stake holders (local, regulatory bodies labour).

● Keep and maintain accurate information and documentation ready for inspections during regulatory or statutory visits.

● Maintain and update documents of all legal cases, permissions, licenses, statutory audits and inspections records.

● Support HR during events and celebration with required security and support for parking and managing and controlling intrusion of uninvited.

● Organize in coordination with HR and take lead in Flag hoisting celebration on 15th August and 26th of January ensuring proactive participation of security personnel’s.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
