Job Description :

Providing corporate advisory, legal research to enable the company to adhere to compliance of applicable laws and regulations. Manage, Assist and take care of various Contractual arrangements for PAN India in order to ensure no or minimum legal exposure to the Company. Responsible for liaising; coordination with regulators and external partners. Maintaining internal legal MIS for litigation and other compliances. Coordination and follow- ups with external counsels and review/ vet various submissions in the ongoing cases/ proceedings. Advising the respective business teams of legal risks mitigation and appropriate contractual protections. Lead all the litigation across the organization Lead the corporate law across the organization. To ensure error free delivery of MIS in easy to consume format with key Insights for quick decisions. To comply with all the laws, enactment, legislation effecting the property. To detect, prevent and report any fraud related to property and documentation. Involvement in budgeting and forecasting process.
