● Adhere to Standard operating procedures ● Physical verification of product quality for zero rejection ● Calibrated instruments for accuracy ● Verification of Recipe to ensure no batch rejection. ● Ensure excellent housekeeping 5 S and maintain clean work environment. ● Approve and ensure sampling and analysis done by Chemist is as per standard operating process ● Ensure adherence to wearing of Safety PPE”s and following safety standards. ● Verify samples with result of analysis ● If discrepancy found in samples take rejection approval from Unit Head ● Check raw material stock with Production Manager ● Verify samples received from inward vehicles and review Quick Check analysis ● Check recipes and approve or take corrective actions ● Ensure in process and final product quality and take corrective measures if not ● Verify daily report and maintain accuracy of data ● Ensure all instruments are in working condition and get them calibrated or replaced. ● Ensure all lab reagents and chemicals are available as per standards and discard if expired ● Approve Plan for calibration of instruments ensuring zero run down time ● Ensure Good House Keeping Practices are followed and laboratory is kept clean (5S).
