Job Description

You will be responsible for maintaining cordial and healthy relations with the neighborhood village, associations, institutions, regulatory bodies, and statutory bodies. Ensuring timely resolution of issues and submission of required documents will be a key aspect of your role. You will be coordinating and executing CSR activities as per schedule and maintaining accurate and updated documentation of plant layout, permissions, submissions, and operating licenses. In case of any incidents, accidents, fires, or fatalities, you will take the lead in supporting the Unit and Administrative Head and proactively communicate with EHS, HR, Administrative Head, regulatory bodies, statutory bodies, institutions, associations, and local bodies as necessary. Collaboration with the Unit Head and Administrative Head will be required for the submission of approvals and sanctions for new connections such as power, telephone, mobile, or any other requirements. Establishing proactive and healthy relationships with all internal and external stakeholders will be crucial. You will also need to maintain cordial relations with external stakeholders such as local and regulatory bodies and labor. Keeping accurate information and documentation ready for inspections during regulatory or statutory visits is also part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will be supporting HR during events and celebrations by providing the necessary security and support for parking, managing, and controlling intrusion of uninvited individuals. You will organize and lead the Flag hoisting celebration on 15th August and 26th of January in coordination with HR, ensuring proactive participation of security personnel. This is a full-time position with benefits including food provision, health insurance, leave encashment, and Provident Fund. The work schedule is during the day, and the ability to commute or relocate to Karad, Maharashtra is required. A Master's degree is preferred for this role, along with 10 years of experience in legal compliance and 7 years of experience in Industrial Relations (IR). Possessing an LLB certification is also preferred. The willingness to travel up to 50% is preferred, and the work location is in person in Karad, Maharashtra.,
