Job Description

Role & responsibilities Proficient in drafting, negotiating, and finalizing proposals, LOIs, term sheets, NDAs, project and other commercial agreement with various vendors and service providers, strategic partnerships/JV agreements with global players. Sound knowledge of copyright, trademarks, data privacy, consumer protection, and payment regulations. Preferred candidate profile Role : The desired candidate should have 5-8 years of experience (preferably from a Tier 1 law school) and have the following skill sets: Sound experience in general corporate matters. Candidates with specialization in Civil and Trademarks litigation along experience in Land Laws with basics of criminal will be preferred. (Not from merger and acquisitions)
