Manager/Senior Manager – Learning & Development (L&D)

Role Overview:

This position will report directly to the Group CHRO and play a key role in partnering with her to identify, design, and implement impactful training programs across the organization. The role requires close collaboration with functional managers, branch heads, and the corporate leadership team to support employee development and enhance organizational capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

 Identify organizational training needs through job analysis, performance appraisals, and collaborating with business leaders and Branch Heads.

 Design and develop effective training programs and modules in coordination with functional heads.

 Schedule and conduct training sessions tailored to business requirements.

 Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, discussions, and performance reviews.

 Continuously update and revise programs to reflect industry trends and business changes.

 Conduct market research to identify reputed training institutes/colleges (India & abroad) and recommend strategic partnerships.

 Conduct Training programs

Candidate Profile:

 Proven experience as a Corporate Trainer.

 Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

 In-depth knowledge of current trends, tools, and best practices in Learning & Development.

 Familiarity with leading training institutes in India and abroad.

 Over 10 years of proven success in the Learning & Development domain.

Experience in the logistics industry is not mandatory but would be an added advantage.
