• Monitor store or business unit activities, ensuring adequate provisioning and staffing.
• Analyze data and business processes to develop more efficient operational strategies.
• Set and achieve business targets and profit objectives.
• Ensure the business environment is clean, organized, and visually appealing, including proper signage and displays.
• Generate operational and performance reports for senior management or stakeholders.
• Enforce compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures.
• Perform additional duties as required to ensure the health and growth of the business.
