Manager Knowledge Management Tax

As an experienced technical professional in the field of tax research and knowledge management, you will play a crucial role in updating internal technical resources on tax matters within A&M Global Capability Center Private Limited's International Tax practice. Your key responsibilities will include taking a leading role in developing and executing content, guidance, library, repository, and serving as a point of contact for domain-related service delivery. You will drive consistent knowledge management service delivery aligned with products, services, and standards, contributing to the development of standards, methods, templates, and enablers. Additionally, you will deliver content programs/projects, build connections, and elevate content to support GTM/pursuits and delivery. Operating collaboratively and with a high degree of independence, you will be responsible for researching and supporting engagement teams on developments in the tax sphere in the APAC region. This involves involvement in the development of guidance, commenting on proposed pronouncements and regulations, identifying updates for Tax Alerts, conducting in-depth research on contentious tax issues, and more. You will also be involved in preparing compliance calendars, thought leadership development, managing tax databases and libraries, conducting technical training, writing articles, and identifying tax training requirements for team members. To be successful in this role, you should hold a CA, Masters in Taxation, LLM, or MBA with a finance specialization, or a qualification in Economics. You should have at least 7-10 years of relevant experience in tax research/knowledge management practice at a Big 4 firm, Big Law firm, or similar organization. Strong technical knowledge of corporate income tax laws in the Asia Pacific region is essential, along with excellent communication, analytical, and presentation skills. Additionally, you should have the ability to work independently, strong project management skills, attention to detail, and a strong sense of personal motivation. Operating as part of a global team, this position may require flexibility in working hours to accommodate different time zones. Your enthusiasm for sharing new approaches, good IT skills, familiarity with research tools, and the ability to work in a dynamic, multicultural, and time-sensitive environment will be key to your success in this role at A&M Global Capability Center Private Limited.,
