Manager Knowledge Management Tax

You will be joining A&M Global Capability Center Private Limited as part of the A&M Tax team, which offers a wide range of professional services including tax compliance and advisory services covering various aspects such as transaction tax, international tax, funds taxation, transfer pricing, and indirect tax. Your role will be crucial in updating internal technical resources on tax matters within the growing International Tax practice. **Key Responsibilities:** - Take a leading role in developing and executing content, guidance, library, repository, and be a point of contact for domain-related service delivery. - Drive consistent knowledge management service delivery aligned with products, services, and standards. - Deliver content programs/projects, engage with stakeholders to identify content gaps, and define business rules. - Build connections and elevate content to support Go-To-Market strategies and delivery. - Plan and advise on domain-appropriate content creation, sourcing, and best practices. - Collaborate with a high degree of independence and be accountable to Domain Knowledge Leaders or GCC Asia Tax Leader. - Flexibility in working hours to accommodate global time zones. **Specific Tax Knowledge Responsibilities:** - Research and support engagement teams on tax developments in the APAC region. - Prepare Tax Alerts based on updates like Circulars, Notifications, judicial pronouncements, etc. - Conduct in-depth research on complex tax issues, prepare newsletters, and analyze the Regional Union Budget. - Manage Tax database and Library, conduct technical training, write articles, and identify tax training requirements. **Qualifications Required:** - CA, Masters in Taxation, LLM, or MBA with a specialization in Finance or Economics. - 7-10 years of experience in tax research/knowledge management at a Big 4 firm or similar. - Strong technical knowledge of corporate income tax laws in the Asia Pacific region. - Excellent communication, analytical, drafting, and presentation skills. - Ability to work independently, attention to detail, and enthusiasm to share new approaches. - Good IT skills and familiarity with research tools.
