Job Description

As the lead of franchise development function across South / West India, your role involves driving expansion in line with the regional growth strategy. Your key responsibilities will include: - Identifying and prospecting potential franchise partners who align with our brand values and business goals. - Responding to and tracking all inbound franchisee enquiries efficiently. - Developing and delivering compelling franchise proposals and business pitches to prospective partners. - Evaluating franchise candidates based on defined eligibility and fitment criteria, including assessing their financial capability and investment readiness. - Coordinating the due diligence process, including documentation, background verification, and compliance checks. - Collaborating with Regional Business Development (RBD) and Projects teams for site identification and timely execution of store fit-outs. - Liaising with the Legal team to finalize franchise agreements and associated documentation. - Ensuring smooth onboarding of new partners, including training, setup coordination, and system access. - Supporting seamless store launch in coordination with HR, operations, and marketing teams. - Anchoring long-term relationships with franchise partners through structured reviews, periodic connects, and joint business planning with the operations team. - Acting as the single point of contact (SPOC) for franchise partners, addressing their operational and business support needs. - Driving further business development and store network expansion with existing franchise partners. Additionally, you should have experience working in a partner ecosystem and handling relationships with partners to drive business synergies. A background in Retail/sales and 2-4 years of franchisee handling experience is preferred. A good understanding of Business Financials is also required.
