Role Overview:

Key account manager

Behavioral Skills - Good communication and analytical skills

Excellent customer service skills in the areas of problem-solving, task prioritization and follow-up. Ability to work well in a team environment

Collaborate with internal and external resources in order to gain credibility with senior management. Proactive and self-driven with a great sense of ownership

Good in negotiation and persuasion

Education & Experience

Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field
4 to 8 years of experience in key account management within the logistics or supply chain industry
2-3 years of team handling experience
Proven track record of managing large enterprise clients and leading team

Functional Skills

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Strong understanding of logistics operations, service delivery, and client lifecycle manageme
Proficient in MS Excel; knowledge of analytics tools (VBA, SQL, R, Python) is a plus

Leadership and team management capabilities
Strong customer-centric approach with a problem-solving mindset
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work in a fast-paced environment
