Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business partners to optimally configure various systems for use by the business users
• Should be part of the implementation team of the operational systems
• Able to identify the requirements of integrating different business applications and develop solutions
• Ensure that systems are kept up to date with the latest updates from the service providers (as per organization policy)
• Ensures that all systems are monitored for performance and any degradation. This should be addressed and liaised with solution provider to fix performance issues.
• To ensure the service provider is following the agreed service level, otherwise to be escalated and have a resolutions
  

Required Skills And Experience

Good To Have

• Prior experience with Airline IT systems preferred
• Should have exposure to SDLC process starting from Requirement Gathering, Design, Development, Testing, Deployment & Maintenance
