Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and result-oriented Healthcare BPO Manager to lead and oversee daily operations in our healthcare process. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in US Healthcare operations (AR, RCM, Claims, Coding, or Enrollment), excellent leadership skills, and a proven ability to manage teams to achieve performance and quality metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end healthcare BPO operations, ensuring process efficiency, compliance, and quality delivery.
  • Lead, motivate, and guide a team of process associates, team leaders, and quality analysts.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPI) such as productivity, accuracy, TAT, and client SLAs.
  • Coordinate with clients for performance reviews, escalations, and operational updates.
  • Ensure adherence to HIPAA and other compliance standards.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices for operational excellence.
  • Handle workforce planning, scheduling, and training for new hires and existing staff.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management and clients.
  • Manage client transitions, audits, and process documentation effectively.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline (preferably Life Science / Healthcare / Business Administration).
  • 5–10 years of experience in Healthcare BPO operations with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of US Healthcare processes — RCM, AR follow-up, Claims Processing, or Medical Billing.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and process reporting tools.
  • Strong client handling and people management skills.
  • Willingness to work in night shifts or flexible hours as per client requirements.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Certification in Six Sigma or Process Excellence is a plus.
  • Experience in managing multiple client accounts.
  • Hands-on experience in performance management and team coaching.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
