Manager - Internal Audit

We're on the lookout for a detail-oriented Internal Auditor to elevate our risk management and control processes. Here’s what you need to know:

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct IFC Testing audits across departments.

- Perform audits of Order to Cash (O2C) and Procure to Pay (P2P) cycles.

- Evaluate internal controls, identify weaknesses, and suggest improvements.

- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations.

- Prepare clear audit reports with actionable recommendations.

- Collaborate with department heads on corrective actions.

- Assist in developing audit plans and strategies.

- Maintain documentation per professional standards.

- Support and coordinate with external auditors.

Preferred Skills:

- Strong grasp of internal control frameworks.

- In-depth knowledge of O2C and P2P business processes.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication skills for effective reporting.

- High attention to detail with a proactive approach.

Candidate Profile:

- CA with 4-8 years of internal audit experience.

- Corporate or consulting audit exposure preferred.

- Ability to manage multiple assignments under tight deadlines.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
