The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ServiceNow, JIRA, Fortify , and a working knowledge of Java, Linux, and HTML . You will work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely, secure, and compliant production releases and access management processes. Responsibilities: Oversee release and change management processes , ensuring timely and compliant deployments. Hands-on experience using JIRA, ServiceNow , and Fortify Tool . Handle L1 and L2 tickets ensuring SLA compliance. Manage user access and removal processes via ServiceNow. Coordinate with stakeholders and vendors to support release implementations and issue resolution. Support vulnerability management by running scans, reviewing reports, and helping project teams fix issues. Conduct and manage tool-based issue resolution and license renewals . Actively participate in Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings and post-release issue reviews. Provide guidance on ISO and SOC audits and handle related documentation and requests. Create and manage projects in JIRA , including user provisioning. Facilitate collaboration between geographically distributed teams. Review scan templates , assess vulnerability severity, and direct remediation. Support code moves, ASAM tickets , and ensure compliance in audits.
