- Oversee the maintenance and management of individual customer accounts, ensuring all account information is accurate and up to date.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies, including AML and KYC guidelines.- Provide high-quality service to customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues related to their accounts.- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of account maintenance activities.- Lead and train a team of account maintenance professionals, ensuring they are well-equipped to perform their duties.- Work closely with other departments, such as Compliance, IT to ensure seamless account maintenance operations.- Prepare and present reports on account maintenance activities, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.
