Role Overview: As a Manager in Field Sales & Service at IndiaMART, you will play a crucial role in championing the vision of empowering businesses across India. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to support their growth. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct 4-5 in-person client meetings daily to ensure client satisfaction and maximize platform utilization. - Maximize revenue by upselling and cross-selling to clients. - Ensure systematic follow-up, time-bound closures, and prompt resolution of complaints. Qualifications: - Strong academic background with over 70% marks in 10th and 12th grade. - Any graduate with a minimum of 9 months of experience in sales. - 18 months of experience with a Post Graduate Degree in Management.
