Job Description

As a dynamic SuccessFactors Presales Manager, your role involves leading presales efforts and ensuring successful client engagements. Your deep understanding of SAP SuccessFactors solutions, exceptional presentation skills, and proven track record in a presales environment will be critical for this position. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage presales activities, including client presentations, product demonstrations, and solution design for SAP SuccessFactors. - Develop tailored SuccessFactors solutions that align with client needs and business objectives. - Create compelling proposals and RFP responses to showcase the benefits and value of SuccessFactors solutions. - Provide expert guidance on SuccessFactors modules" features, benefits, and technical aspects to clients and internal teams. - Collaborate with sales teams to understand client requirements, address challenges, and develop effective strategies to close deals. - Design and deliver customized product demonstrations that highlight the capabilities of SuccessFactors solutions. - Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to provide relevant insights and solutions. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders, such as HR leaders, IT managers, and C-level executives. - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and alignment of SuccessFactors solutions with client expectations. - Mentor and train junior presales consultants and team members on best practices and SuccessFactors functionalities. - Gather and analyze client feedback to continuously improve presales processes and solution offerings. Qualifications: - Experience: Minimum of 2 years of presales experience in SAP SuccessFactors or related HR technology solutions. - Skills: Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders. - Technical Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance & Goals, and Compensation. - Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Human Resources, or related field. SAP SuccessFactors certification preferred. - Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design innovative solutions for complex client needs. - Project Management: Experience managing multiple presales projects and engagements simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. - Customer Focused: Strong customer orientation with a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.,
