Job Description

Role Overview: You will be joining a dynamic team at Onit, a company dedicated to revolutionizing legal operations through the use of AI technology. As a Manager, Implementation Services, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing a team of Implementation Managers and Specialists. Your responsibilities will include overseeing client onboarding, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions, and fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration within the team. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage the Implementation Services team, which involves tasks such as hiring, mentoring, and performance management. - Define and execute a strategic roadmap for implementation excellence that aligns with company goals. - Oversee multiple software implementation projects simultaneously to ensure timely and high-quality delivery. - Act as an escalation point for complex client engagements and project risks. - Collaborate with various departments including Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support to ensure alignment and smooth handoffs. - Develop and refine implementation methodologies, templates, and best practices. - Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess team performance and client satisfaction. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives across tools, processes, and team capabilities. - Represent the implementation function in leadership meetings and contribute to strategic planning. - Ensure compliance with internal standards and client-specific requirements. - Promote a client-centric culture focused on value delivery and long-term success. Qualifications: - Experience: You should have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in a client-facing role within professional services, consulting, or customer success, with at least 2+ years in a leadership or managerial position. You must have a proven track record in managing and delivering complex client projects, particularly focusing on software solutions and services. - Technical Skills: Your experience should include software solution implementations, system integration, customization, and deployment. You should also have an understanding of cloud technologies, SaaS, and enterprise software solutions. Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, PMP, or Prince2) is essential, along with familiarity with CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) systems or similar legal tech platforms. - Leadership & Communication: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are required, along with the ability to motivate, mentor, and manage cross-functional teams. Strong client-facing skills are important for building relationships and driving client success. Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills with a solution-oriented approach are also essential. - Education: A Bachelors or Masters degree in Law, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience is preferred.,
