About Data Analytics (DA)
DA, one of the fastest-growing practices in Evalueserve, provides rewarding career opportunities. Established in 2014, our global DA team includes data science professionals across data engineering, business intelligence, digital marketing, advanced analytics, technology, and product engineering fields. Responsibilities
Role requires proficiency in various automation and development tools, including Power Platform ( Power Automate etc ), Copilot Studio, Prompt Engineering, Python, Microsoft Graph, Microsoft Dataverse, JSON, SQL, REST API, JavaScript, and JQuery.
Leadership & Strategy: Lead the hyper-automation team, developing and implementing automation strategies to streamline business processes.
Technical Expertise: Utilize advanced technical skills to design, develop, and deploy automation solutions using Power Platform, Copilot Studio, and other relevant tools. Hands-On expertise must have.
Project Management: Oversee automation projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
Training & Development: Mentor and train team members on best practices in automation and emerging technologies.
Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate project status, challenges, and solutions to stakeholders at all levels.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of technical expertise and excellent communication skills.
What we are looking for
Power Platform: Proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
Copilot Studio: Experience in developing and managing automation workflows.
Prompt Engineering: Ability to design and optimize prompts for AI models.
Python: Strong foundation programming skills in Python for automation, API calling and data analysis.
Microsoft Graph: Experience in integrating and utilizing Microsoft Graph API.
Microsoft Dataverse: Knowledge of data management and integration using Dataverse.
JSON & SQL: Proficiency in JSON for data interchange and SQL for database management.
REST API: Experience in designing and consuming RESTful APIs.
JavaScript & JQuery: Strong skills in JavaScript and JQuery for web development and automation.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong presentation and documentation skills.
Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in automation, software development, or a related field.
Proven track record of leading and managing technical teams of 5-10 automation engg.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High attention to detail and organizational skills.
Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies.Bachelors or Masters degree
Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Power Platform, Python, SQL etc.).
Experience with additional automation tools and platforms like UiPath, Automation Anywhere etc
