Hydraulic Systems (Power Packs) Manager Sales – Pune Maharashtra

Dantal Hydraulics, a trusted name in Hydraulic Systems and Power Packs, is looking for an experienced Sales manager / Asstt Manager Sales (Hydraulic Systems) to drive our sales initiatives in Maharashtra.

📍 Location: Maharashtra Pune

📖 Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering

🛠 Experience: 6-10years (Experience in selling Hydraulic Systems/Power Packs is essential)

💻 IT Skills: Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and general computer applications

Key Responsibilities:

Generating enquiries for Hydraulic Power Packs and Systems

Understanding customer applications and hydraulic circuits

and offering suitable technical proposals and solutions

Negotiating and closing orders

Cordinating with Design and costing department for proposal prepration

Achieving monthly sales targets and managing project timelines

Payment follow-up and collection

Preparing technical and commercial proposals

Coordinating internally with design, costing, production, and dispatch teams

Preparing MIS, sales reports, and project status updates

Building and managing strong customer relationships across industries like Defence, industrial automation, press machines, material handling, and specialized applications

📌 Requirements:

In-depth knowledge of Hydraulic systems, circuits, and application engineering

Ability to interpret hydraulic circuit diagrams

Strong technical aptitude and customer-oriented approach

Willingness to travel across Maharashtra and other states if required

Fluency in Marathi and English

Prior experience in the Hydraulic Systems industry is a must
