Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Team Supervisor located in imt manesar. The Team Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily team operations, coordinating team tasks, providing training and guidance to team members, and ensuring efficient team performance. Additionally, the Team Supervisor will be involved in resolving team conflicts and escalating issues as needed. Qualifications Strong leadership and communication skills Experience in team management and supervision Knowledge of hydraulic systems and machinery Ability to problem-solve and make decisions effectively Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software Previous experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related
