The Team Supervisor will oversee daily operations and lead a team to ensure smooth execution of events and catering services. Responsibilities include coordinating with staff, managing schedules, monitoring quality and service, resolving customer queries, and ensuring compliance with food safety standards. Additionally, the role involves maintaining inventory, liaising with vendors, and ensuring timely delivery of services to exceed client expectations. Qualifications Leadership and team management skills to guide, motivate, and oversee a dynamic team effectively Organizational and time management capabilities to handle schedules, logistics, and event operations efficiently Communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with staff, vendors, and clients professionally Knowledge of quality assurance and food safety standards; prior experience in the hospitality or catering industry Problem-solving abilities to address and resolve issues promptly Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is an advantage A Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is a plus but not mandatory
