Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Manager - Human Resources with 6 to 12 years of experience to join our team at Photon Interactive Pvt Ltd, playing a crucial role in driving the company's human resources strategy and ensuring its alignment with business objectives.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies to support business growth and employee development.
Lead talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning initiatives to ensure a robust workforce pipeline.
Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge across various departments.
Foster a positive work environment by promoting effective communication, collaboration, and conflict resolution.
Manage compensation and benefits administration, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Analyze HR metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, providing recommendations for improvement.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in human resources management, preferably in a similar industry or sector.
Strong understanding of labor laws, regulations, and best practices in HR management.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with employees at all levels.
Ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make informed decisions to drive business outcomes.
Experience with HR information systems (HRIS) and other relevant software applications.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
