Job Description

HR Partner (HRP)

Key Responsibilities

Attrition Management:
Analyze trends, identify root causes, and drive retention initiatives.
Employee Retention:
Implement engagement and motivation programs for field staff.
Employee Connect:
Conduct branch visits and interaction sessions to strengthen field-level HR connect.
Projects:
Drive and support organizational HR initiatives and special projects.
Branch Visits:
Minimum of
4 branches per month
to maintain close employee engagement.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Education:
Graduate / Postgraduate in HR / MBA (preferred).
Experience:
Min. 2 years of HR experience, preferably in
financial services / microfinance / rural outreach
sectors.
Skills:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in
MS Excel
and
PowerPoint
(mandatory).
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Willingness to travel extensively across assigned states.

Languages:
Must be fluent in
at least two
of the following
Telugu, Tamil, Kannada
.
