Designation: Manager HRM

Location: Gurugram

Purpose & Overall Relevance For The Organization

  • Lead HR projects for Global Sales & Functions & provide HR Business Partner service and support to defined support business are. Project management, flawless delivery execution on topics of HR projects (careers, DEI, engagement, hr effectiveness) is key. development. Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business to drive all HR mandates: Implementation of rewards philosophy, Performance Management, Talent Management and change management
  • Recommend implementing and updating guidelines and policies to ensure relevant HR services and consistent standards of employment in alignment with other HR relevant HR functions and other departments
  • Ensure proper handling of respective administration tasks

  • Good MS-office skills, SAP experience is a plus Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
  • MBA in HR
  • Minimum of 7-10 years years progressive work experience in the field of HR
  • Project management experience preferable
  • Strong Communication skills
