Role & responsibilities

Connect with New Joiners on completion of 30, 60 and 90 days and on completion on 1 year of respective assigned zones/states/locations.

Conduct exit interview of Sales/Retail employees on receipt of resignation and post completion of F & F process.

Identify concern areas through attrition analysis and updating Corporate HR about the same.

Facilitate the execution of Employee Engagement Surveys at respective assigned zones/states , analyze survey results ,identify concern areas and prepare action plan to mitigate the concerns in coordination with Corporate HR.

Connect with employees through visits at sales offices, retail lounges, attend sales/Retail operations review meetings and market visits and keep updating the same to stakeholders.

Highlight employee queries and provide help/ support within policy framework .Plan & implement employee engagement activities for field employees.

Work closely with Corporate TA and HR Operations team and implement operational processes and HR interventions in sales function & Retail Operations.

Facilitate discussions of low performers with their managers and ensure creation of performance improvement plan (PIP) at Zones/for Retail Operations; Tracking progress on PIP and share PIP report at periodic intervals to concerned stakeholders and Corporate - HR

Recruitment of Assistant Store Manager & below levels for Retail Operations.
