Manager, HR Services

As an HR Services professional in this role, you will be responsible for the strategic development, implementation, and administration of HR Services initiatives. You will also have the opportunity to manage and develop a team of HR Services professional staff. Key Responsibilities: - Foster strong relationships with stakeholders and partners, particularly those in manager and above leadership roles, to promote the HR Services brand and influence decisions, results, and changes. - Manage escalations at the regional level, ensuring alignment among cross-functional teams and stakeholders. - Lead discussions across teams and functions to identify opportunities using Continuous Improvement (CI) methods. - Drive Problem-Solving plans in owned areas and contribute to projects, potentially leading medium to high complexity HR Services projects. - Conduct meetings within the organization and with extended stakeholders and partners. - Lead content design for multiple functional areas and complex work concepts or topics. - Deliver engaging presentations or written communications to HR Services senior stakeholders and leaders. Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in strategic HR Services development and administration. - Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team effectively. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with stakeholders and deliver presentations effectively. - Experience in driving problem-solving initiatives using Continuous Improvement methods. - Ability to lead medium to high complexity projects in the HR Services field.
