Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1.

Review salary structures, pay ranges, and incentive programs to maintain internal equity and market competitiveness.
Manage annual compensation benchmarking and salary surveys within the pharmaceutical sector.
Support the annual compensation review and increment cycle, including budgeting, merit planning, and promotions.
Contribute to organizational initiatives such as job evaluation, grading frameworks, and long-term incentive planning.

2.

Oversee company-wide benefits including health insurance, retirement benefits, and wellness programs.
Partner with insurance brokers and vendors to optimize plans for cost and employee satisfaction.
Ensure employee awareness of benefit programs through regular communication and education.

3.

Ensure C&B practices adhere to all relevant labour laws and pharma industry standards.

4.

Maintain and analyze C&B dashboards covering headcount, attrition, payroll cost, pay equity, and workforce trends.
Provide actionable insights to HR and business leaders for decision-making.

5.

Support the development and execution of
talent management initiatives
, including leadership development, career progression, and workforce planning.
