About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to join our team as a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle, people management, and legal compliance. This role requires a strategic thinker who can partner with business leaders to drive organizational goals while maintaining a people-first approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and offboarding.
  • Act as a strategic HR Business Partner to the leadership team, aligning HR strategies with business objectives.
  • Lead and develop people management strategies to build a high-performance and inclusive culture.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and statutory regulations.
  • Handle employee relations issues effectively with a fair and legally compliant approach.
  • Drive HR initiatives and programs across all departments and locations.
  • Partner with legal and compliance teams as needed, preferred if the candidate holds a legal qualification or has experience in legal HR subjects.
  • Oversee HR operations, policies, documentation, and audits.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Preferred: Additional legal qualification or demonstrated legal experience related to HR compliance.
  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in HR management.
  • Proven experience handling the entire employee lifecycle and acting in an HRBP capacity.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Excellent understanding of labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
