Job Summary:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

HR Systems & Processes:

  • Create, implement, and maintain HR systems to streamline HR processes (e.g., payroll, benefits administration).
  • Ensure HR processes, including PF and ESI reporting, are automated and compliant with regulatory standards.
  • Continuously review and improve HR systems and processes to ensure efficiency, compliance, and data accuracy.

HR Strategy & Planning:

  • Develop HR systems and strategies aligned with business goals.
    • Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives, maintaining statutory compliance in all processes.

Manpower Planning & Recruitment:

Onboarding & Induction:

Employee Relations:

Performance Management:
• Design and implement performance management systems to support managers with performance appraisals and development goals while ensuring compliance.
