Responsibilities
Responsibilities of the HR and Admin Manager is including the following, but not limited to:
HR-related activities
Actively engage in the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding & induction
Develop and Implement HR Policies
Monitor attendance and leave management activities
Participate in the salary processing/payroll activities with the accounts team
Manage the employee personnel data
Performance Management of the employees
Employee departure activities
Engagement with employees on regular basis
Organize various office events and nurture office culture
Ensuring with statutory and regulatory requirements
Admin-related related activities
Develop and Implement Administrative Policies
Keeping accurate stock of office supplies, equipment and furniture and placing orders whenever needed
Ensuring compliance with organisational policies through planning and coordination
Supervising staff members and delegating administrative responsibilities
Maintaining office/factory equipment and furniture along with supervising housekeeping activities
Maintaining office files and paperwork
Requirements
Graduation in any discipline
Must be able to communicate in English, Hindi and Gujarati
Must be able to write emails on MS Outlook
Good knowledge of computer- Windows and Microsoft Office applications (such as Word, Powerpoint, Excel)
Must be able to commute to Changodar daily
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹24,698.31 - ₹55,488.89 per month
