We are hiring an experienced and proactive HR Manager to lead the Human Resources function of our esteemed academic institution. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in managing HR operations in a university or educational setup. Key Responsibilities: Full-cycle recruitment for teaching and non-teaching staff Attendance, leave, and payroll management Ensuring compliance with labour laws, PF, ESIC, gratuity, etc. Drafting and implementing HR policies, manuals, and procedures Maintaining employee records and handling HR audit Performance appraisal process (KPI/KRA based) Handling employee grievances and disciplinary procedures Organizing training & development programs Managing statutory labour inspections & return Coordinating with accounts, legal, and admin department Maintaining a healthy and compliant workplace environment Required Qualifications & Skills: MBA (HR) or equivalent degree Minimum 8 years of HR experience (academic or institutional preferred) Sound knowledge of Indian labour laws & HR best practices Hands-on experience with HRMS / ERP systems Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹480,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person Application Deadline: 05/07/2025

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Estate Manage r to manage infrastructure maintenance, construction activities, and facility operations across the university campus. Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field Experience Required: Minimum 8-10 years Key Responsibilities: Overseeing construction, repair, and maintenance of university buildings, hostels, and utilities Ensuring campus cleanliness, safety, fire & electrical compliance Supervising civil, electrical, and plumbing teams Managing vendors, AMCs, and contractor performance Preparing estimates, budgets, and project timelines Coordinating with local authorities for legal approvals and inspections Monitoring campus resources: water, power, solar, sewage, etc. Maintaining property records, AMC files, and infrastructure logs Required Skills: Hands-on knowledge of civil/electrical works and university infrastructure standards Familiarity with green campus norms, safety standards, and fire regulations Strong vendor negotiation and team management skills Proficiency in MS Excel / AutoCAD / ERP-based infra systems preferred Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹550,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
